Evergreen Skin Studio Policies
At Evergreen Skin Studio, policies are in place to protect both your time and mine and to ensure a safe, consistent, and respectful experience for every client. Please review the following information carefully before booking

A non-refundable deposit of $30 is required to reserve all facial appointments.
The deposit will be applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment.
Brow shaping appointments do not require a deposit but are subject to a 50% early cancellation fee.
Appointments are reserved specifically for you, and your booking time is held exclusively.

I understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice.
Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
No-shows and late cancellations for Brow service appointments will be charged a fee up to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. Future bookings cannot be made until cancellation fees are paid.
Illness & Emergency Considerations:
If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness, please contact me as soon as possible. In these situations, cancellation fees may be waived at my discretion.
This allows me to protect the health and safety of all clients while maintaining scheduling integrity.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings or may result in limited booking privileges.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your service time may be shortened to respect the next client’s appointment, and the full service fee will still apply.
If you arrive too late to safely perform the scheduled service, the appointment may be considered a no-show.

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. Accepted forms of payment include credit/debit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout.
Unpaid balances must be resolved prior to booking future appointments. Repeated unpaid balances may result in account holds or collection efforts

Your skin health is important to me, and I want you to feel confident in your purchases.
Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit or exchange.
If you experience an adverse skin reaction, gently discontinue use and notify me within 15 days of purchase. Products must be at least half full. Store credit may be issued at my discretion.
Documentation or discussion of the reaction may be required to assess eligibility.
Refunds are not issued for opened products outside of reaction-related circumstances.

• Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Promotional bonuses or discounts applied to gift cards may have expiration dates.
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

Service packages and prepaid treatments are non-transferable and may not be shared between clients.
Packages must be used within the timeframe stated at purchase. Unused services after expiration are forfeited.

For the safety of all clients, please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness.
Evergreen Skin Studio maintains high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and infection control to ensure a safe treatment environment.
Children & Guests:
Evergreen Skin Studio is a quiet, one-on-one treatment space. For safety, focus, and the comfort of all clients, children are not permitted in the treatment room.
Please arrange childcare in advance of your appointment. Guests are not allowed unless they are receiving services..

Evergreen Skin Studio reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services to anyone who does not adhere to studio policies, provides incomplete or inaccurate health information, or engages in behavior that is unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive.
This includes behavior that compromises the safety, comfort, or well-being of the client, practitioner, or studio environment.

Every skin is unique. While treatments and professional products are selected with care, results cannot be guaranteed and will vary based on individual factors including skin health, lifestyle, consistency, and home care compliance.

By booking and receiving services at Evergreen Skin Studio, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information during intake and before each appointment.
You understand that professional skincare treatments involve inherent risks, including but not limited to redness, sensitivity, irritation, or unforeseen reactions.
You consent to treatment and accept responsibility for following post-care instructions and recommended home care.
Failure to disclose relevant medical conditions, medications, or skin concerns may increase the risk of adverse outcomes.

Your personal and health information is kept confidential and used solely for treatment planning, appointment communication, and business operations. Your information is never shared or sold.
