Cancellations, Rescheduling and late arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting the next client’s experience.

A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required for canceling or rescheduling appointments. All facial and brow lamination services now require a nonrefundable $30 deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is applied to your service total and holds your spot on the schedule.

  • Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit for facial services.

  • Late cancellations and no-shows for brow tinting or shaping will be charged 50% of the service fee.

Appointment reminders are provided as a courtesy and include:

– A confirmation at the time of booking

– A reminder 7 days prior

– An additional reminder closer to your appointment

Unpaid cancellation fees will result in the cancellation of any future appointments. Repeated last-minute cancellations may require full prepayment to book future services.

Virtual coaching services require full payment 48 hours prior to the session.


Payments

Payment is due at the time of service and/or product purchase.

Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and Evergreen gift cards.

Failure to submit payment on the day of service or purchase may be considered theft and subject to legal action.

Refunds / Returns

  • Unopened products in original, undamaged packaging may be returned within 30 days for a full refund or store credit.

  • Products that cause an adverse skin reaction may be returned within 15 days for store credit, provided the product is more than half full.

  • No refunds are issued for gift cards or prepaid service packages.

  • Service packages are non-transferable and must be used by the original purchaser.

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards must be presented at the time of redemption.

  • Gift cards may not be purchased using another gift card as payment.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value.

  • Evergreen Skin Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

  • Skin Essentials gift cards purchased before October 31, 2023 and on file are still redeemable.

  • Promotional gift certificates must be redeemed by their listed expiration date.

Covid-19 and Infectious Disease

If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or any contagious illness, have tested positive, or have been in close contact with someone who has, please postpone your visit for at least 10 days or until symptoms have fully resolved.

Children in the Treatment Room

To ensure a relaxing and focused environment for both clients and service providers, I kindly ask that children not accompany you to your appointment. The treatment room contains equipment and products that are not safe for unattended children, and your service time is an opportunity for you to fully relax and receive the best possible care. Thank you for understanding.

Because every client’s skin is unique, results from treatments and products may vary and cannot be guaranteed.

There are inherent risks with any skincare service. To ensure the safest and most effective outcome, please disclose all known allergies, health conditions, and medications. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in undesired outcomes or complications.

waiver of liability

All clients are required to complete and sign intake and liability waiver forms before services can be performed.

Treatment risks and benefits will be thoroughly explained, and every client retains the right to decline any treatment at any time.
