The Real Reason I Don’t Charge “High-Ticket” Coaching Prices
When I launched my aesthetician coaching program, one of the first questions I asked myself was: “What price point feels right?”
I didn’t want my pricing to be so high that it became out of reach for most solo aestheticians, but I also know the value of what I offer and the transformation it can bring.
Here’s why I landed on a moderate price point:
1. Accessibility Matters to Me
I remember what it felt like to be new in this industry: passionate but overwhelmed, watching every dollar while trying to invest wisely in my future. I don’t want cost to be the barrier that keeps talented aestheticians from getting the support they need.
2. I Believe in Fair Exchange
I’ve been an aesthetician for over 20 years, and I know the value of experience, insight, and a clear roadmap. I also know that when people invest in themselves, they’re more likely to show up and do the work. My pricing reflects a balance between being affordable enough to say “yes” and significant enough to ensure you take it seriously.
3. It’s About Long-Term Impact, Not Quick Wins
I’m not here to sell “high-ticket” hype or empty promises. My coaching is about practical, sustainable business strategies and personal support that help you thrive in both your career and well-being. It’s not just for a season, but for years to come.
4. I Want You to See a Return
I’ve structured my coaching so that what you learn can pay for itself many times over—whether that’s through smarter pricing, retail strategies, or time management that actually frees you up to take more clients (or more time off!).
The bottom line?
I chose moderate pricing because I want this to feel like a smart, attainable investment. I believe in making coaching approachable without sacrificing quality, because when more aestheticians feel supported and equipped, our entire industry gets better.
If you’ve been on the fence, consider this your invitation: you don’t have to do this alone.
